Safety is a major concern on and off the track. Most tracks wont even allow you on their premises without the right safety equipment. A street driven vehicle certainly has different needs and demands that need to be met to keep the driver and occupants safe.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">This roll cage install was done to a 2006 Jeep SRT8 that had previously been in the shop for the coolest Turbo and Motor combo a Jeep SUV has ever seen! All the functionality was kept in mind of the factory interior. With that in mind, the seats had to move their entire travel, head room had to stay the same for our tall driver, and last but not least the LCD screens had to remain functional!</p>

<p>After all that was fit and correct, next came the tedious step of welding the entire cage into the car and<span id="more-792"></span> finally painting it without tearing up all the existing OEM interior trim.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">Over the Last few weeks at the shop we have been hard at work on another TT Ford GT build.  This Specific build has been a little different from our standard off the shelf Twin Turbo Kit.    The Game plan for the car revolved around making lots of power on pump gas only for tearing up the streets of Austin.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">The Basic premise of the setup was to go with a slightly bigger compressor wheel with all the technology stuffed into to try and make it spool comparable to a gt35R but still make more power on the top end.  We also started<span id="more-322"></span> using Tial &#8220;q&#8221; recirculating Blow-0ff valves on the MAF setups to help with driveability.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">The Stock Airbox is utilized with drop in style K &amp; N air Filters.   The exhaust was from a previous build, so everything was built to adapt to the factory exhaust mounting locations.  Also the Clutch was Ditched in favor of a Stillen Race unit from AP Racing.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">All of the intake System is contructed out of 6061 T-6 aluminum and powder coated black for the Look.    The Exhuast system is built out of 304 stainless and Ceramic coated black to match and keep the added heat from the turbos to a minimum.</p>

<p>The 6.1L Hemi motor was rebuilt with forged pistons and rods, to a custom intake manifold and exhuast manifolds to help the turbo systems efficiency.     The Turbo consists of a custom Garret/Tial gt4580, with a full 4&#8243; exhuast.   A Tial 60mm Wastegate will regulate the boost while a 50 tial blow off valve will be on the intake side.   A custom front mount intercooler was fit in the Jeep&#8217;s bumper to keep the intake charges in check.</p>

<p>Injector Dynamics Id1000cc injectors were used to support the fuel needs, as well as a custom fuel pump setup incorporating a triple Walbro configuration.   The fuel line was upgraded with a -10 an feed and a -8 an return.  An Aeromotive Regulator finishes out the fuel system.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well this week we are very excited to get one of our Recent TT FGT build on the Dyno for some Testing on these new Billet Garrett Turbo&#8217;s.  Prelimary  Testing Has put us at 860 rwhp at 21 psi.  This was done at 95+ degree outside temps and a super heat soaked intercooler from all day dyno testing.  Tomorrow morning We Will make a few more tweaks on her and shoot for the 900Whp Mark!</p>

<p>This Car sounds  so good, i wish we had HD clips of the footage.  The car sounds amazing and high RPM.  Almost like a motorcycle.</p>
<p>Yet the car is so quiet inside for the driver, we heard it a good two blocks away during the street tuning session, its a very well round wicked car!</p>
